Perfect body of a men weighing 230 lbs. pls help? :)
I'm 24 years old, 5'10 in height, weighing 230 pounds ( obese ) and want to loose some 50 shredded pounds and go back to 180 pounds.
I'm on a diet and exercise right now and im just curious about the perfect body of a men like me (chest size, stomach size, upper thigh, upper arm, neck and etc.). Does anyone can help? Thanks in advance and have a nice day. :)

i have dated skinney guys my whole life and last year for the first time i dated a big guy.(6'3 240 LBS) i LOVE it,, i dont think i would go back to a skinney guy now. its snuggly and no bones poking me.. i mean he could lose a few pounds for healths sake and he has a big stomach and sometimes i get mad because he eats all the sweets and little debbies but i still love him so i dont care,, there is no perfect weight, just what looks good and is comfortable on you. ya know?

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. I'm also 5'10 and I weigh about 175 lbs. I'm not a fitness enthusiast so I don't know the exact weight, but I have Wii fit and I'm completely as far as It can tell, that's perfectly in-shape.
Also, an easy way of knowing if your body is in-shape is by filling out. If you don't know if your arms (or whatnot) are up to par, than just feel how much fat is left. when it's more stretched out, it should feel harder and therefor healthy

I understand your problem, I was 5'11 215lbs at 19 yrs of age. Now im about to turn 21 and I'm 156lbs. Diet and exercise, if you can stay committed it'll happen but trust me it takes time. I'm not sure what you consider a perfect body? Everyone has different goals.

The "perfect" body for a man your size, is the one that makes you happy to be in it; revel in the way you feel, and grateful for the way you look. When your body is the right size and shape for you, you will feel like a tiger, and move that way too.
