Hi, my middle name is Michaux. It is a French name. I was wondering if it had any meaning. It is pronounced Ma-shay. So anyone who speaks French should help me out!!! :)

Thanks

It rather is a family name in France and can have several spellings such as "Michaud" (I knew one) as well.

    Hey there!

I speak some french and my dad speaks fluently. Conveniently he is actually in France now for some business trip. He called right after I saw this question (how ironic.) and I asked him. He said that this is not a french word. It doesn't mean anything either. Perhaps you have the wrong spelling?

    Hope I helped!

In French that would be pronounced "Me-show" and there is a famous African-American writer named Oscar Micheaux, maybe it is after him!

The French pronunciation of this name is 'mee-shoh'. If it ever had a meaning, it is lost in the annals of time.

Louise Robey of "Friday the thirteenth: The Series" repute. She's at the start from Canada however now lives in France operating on her track. I wish her to superstar in my supernatural romance film (with vampires) as quickly as we discover the investment.
