Would you do a long distance relationship?

no for me i dont think you could actually have a relationship unless you spend time with them in person, i mean people are so different online, and on the phone, and especially through texts you need to get to know the real person.. not just the phone-online person you know?

As a person who likes having her boyfriend in front of her, no I wouldn't do a long distance relationship. I've been in one before and it's not sunny days and ice cream. And I actually met the person... so to actually not meet the person that just makes it worse in my opinion.

No, not ever having met the person. Long distance is hard enough when you DO know the other person.

No, I have had a long distance relationship before and they are ok but I knew the person before it became long distance.

i had been dating a guy for a year && 9 months when i went to school.

things didnt work out, and after 2 1/2 years i ended it.

im now dating a guy from my school, and im home for the summer..irony at its best.

but ill be back there next weekend :D

edit: i think i was confused..so as in youve never met the person and you still date them?;; no i wouldnt.

im in one now. we have been dating a year and a half and july 22nd he moved and we are doing long distance until january so i can finish school where i started and hes going to be working. the only time we are going to see each other is november when i go to mexico with his family. its sooo hard because we lived with each other for a year before we decided to do this but its going to be worth it because he'll already be working and ill be done with school

Not sure. I think I would have to meet them in person at least once or twice before I decide what I would like from them.

If i was lonely and stuff, i'd probably do a open relationship like flirting and talking , but a relationship...a serious one. No . You really need to see that person and be able to touch them.... the senses are so real to a relationship and without it , its not real.
