Which hair color will look best? HELP!

im dying my hair before i go back to school which is september 2nd.

i dont know what i should do.

i found two pictures i like.

My mom likes the blonde one

and i like the brunette one.

I like the blonde on also

but i dont think i can pull it off.

Im not fat, but im not skinny. (dont say crap about that)

i absoloutley hatehatehate my hair color now.

im a natural golden blonde.

Update:

the color my hair is now is not my natural color.

i dyed it 7 months ago. and my roots are about

5 inches out. im mostly confused because im italian and i dont want to look so white with the blonde.

    I think the brunette is alot closer to your natural colour, therefore go with that. I think the blonde will wash you out a bit, while the brunette will enhance your features

    I would say brunette, your hair looks nice now but i think you'd also suit a golden blonde sort of colour, just not really light, but i think brunette would look best :)

    Brunette...if you go with blonde, it will wash you out, because of your skin tone. Brunette, will make you look a lot better

    I think darker looks better, it brings out your eyes. The blond kind of washes you out.

    If that's your natural colour, leave it as it is. Colouring your hair is a pain in the ***.

    If not, go for whichever one you like =]
