My EZ 101 Rca Small Wonder Camcorder does not recognize this device?
I have a rca small wonder, ez101, I plug it in and it does not recognize the device. I have uploaded the restore utilities on the videos. and then it says click on refresh, that doesn't work. I have my rca small wonder pluggin in with the usb. The point and shoot icon in my computer doesn't show up to recognize the rca small wonder. So if anybody knows how to solve this problem, I would appreciate that, If not I will call customer service first thing Monday Morning which is Audio Vox number on mysmallwonder.com. 1-866-449-7112

This is a usb connection, so one reason might be that your usb cord or port is not working. Look in your manual, most camcorders have to be in playback mode in order for your camcorder to be seen. I see you can use an sd card too. If you have used the card, you can remove it and use a card reader to read the card.
I'd be interested in knowing how the quality is with this camcorder?
