AntiVirus Scams?what is being done

.......I paid with Visa before I was educated.I bought three of the "bogus" scam antivirus and antispyware rogue programs which didn't work of course ...and were linked right to the perps that gave me the virus/spyware......I contacted the Visa people when I found out what was going on.....it was very easy to refute the charges and get an almost immediate refund till it was investigated...the bank requires you to contact the companies first for a refund.....which they tell you that you can't get a refund.......all in all....anytime I paid with Visa for a product that was misrepresented or returned.....if the manufacturer or sellar did not give me satisfaction......the Visa / Mastercard always was VERY helpful and took my side while it was investigated......I NEVER abused this service...nor was I wrong....I think your track record should precede you......I STILL do not understand how these rogue companies can continue to "rob" people.......just like a "mugging".....but in a "whitecollar" way........and with ALL THE TECHNOLOGY....that THEY are able to employ....hacking and whatever.......why the good guys and the cops , FBI ....blah....blah...blah........can't find them....publicize it...and the court sysem REALLY crack down and give them some HARSH 30 year sentences or worse for repeat offenses.....it affects EVERYBODY.....it makes me think there is "more to the story" than what we lnow.......maybe the legit companies employ these mercenarys silently....after all ...there are millions of dollars involved.....it is just being left up to the "good citizens" of the world to "self police" the internet....pretty sad that big time corporate money doesn't stand behindthe "little man" that they make billions of dollars on....it just makes me realize that they just don't care.....I think they embrace the quote by Homer Simpson.....".....just because I'm NOT listening doesn't mean I don't care......"............right !!!
