I am letting my hair grow back to its normal color, and I want to start highlighting it myself.
I cannot afford to get it done at a salon, so does anyone know the best and easiest way to highlight my own hair. I want to do like one of those cap things where you pull strands through, but I never see any in the stores. Any advice??

ok trust me if you have long hair do not use one of those caps! it hurt me soo bad and made a huge mess of my hair. instead try using one of those loreal i think it is at home highlighting kits there like ten bucks at target.
