I believe I read it in the Times (or another respected paper) that women usually try methods such as sleeping pills, drugs or suffocation because they plan their death, seeing themselves lay angelically in the coffin/look beautiful and have the people in their life to look at them with feelings of *regret* and extreme sorrow over the fact they passed on. They want to take others with them in a sense, to leave an impact with their death, in addition to their life... the way they die is relevant to how they lived.

Men are sooner to try a bullet to the face because they simply want an "end". Women will imagine the series of events that happen after they die, and see their death as part of the "story" that goes on.

I feel that men have a lot of pride and they use drastic measures to resolve them. Women on the other hand are munipulators..They look for sympathy and only do what they can to get attention. A person only survives because they want to or because God wants them to live for a reason and he sends someone to save them..

because men just do it and do it hard...when us women usually do it but an easier way which usually dont kill them.... which comes to my second point u rarely hear men tlk bout it.... yet women tlk bout it all the time... but the people who tlk bout it arent serious they are just looking for attention believe me ive done it when i was lil cuz i wanted attention.... people who mean it wont tlk bout it they just do it

because a lot of females thrive off of attention. and idk about you boys. I guess your more laid back but when there is a problem then its a huge deal and not made up a lot of the time.
