You're list is just okay to bad. The WRX and EVO maybe too much performance for a first car. The Jetta and Golf aren't bad, but they're kind of expensive to own. The Mazda 6 is probably the one i would choose from your list. It's sporty, it's comfortable, and it looks pretty nice.

I would suggest looking at a used Acura RSX. It's one of the best sport coupes on the road.

    a vw golf GTI

    honda s2000

    mini cooper s

    new audi tt

    bmw z4

    porsche boxster

    audi a4

    bmw 3 series

heres a list to choose from. if you can afford an evo or sti, go for it, but remember that cars built for performance arent always that comfortable to live with everyday. the vw's are pretty good, same w mazda, but stay away from the dodge.

i actually think the best car for you is the new bmw 135i. they're very fast (0-60 in 4.7, top speed of 155), its a bmw, so it handles really well, it seats four, gets 30 mpg, with a lot of options/equipment. all for the same price range as the cars you listed

VW Jetta or the Mazda 6

The dodge neon is highly unreliable.

The Lanver EVO and WRX STi is too expensive to insure for a new driver.

if you want a small, reliable car go for the VW Jetta- maintenance is a bit expensive though.

the mazda 6 is a stylish car, but it is a bit big (the size is comparable to the size of a camry)

VW Golf GTI. It's faster and sportier than the non-GTI version.

It's not Japanese, so it may not be reliable, but it will be dependable because it will have a good engine. It sounds good and rides comfortably.

Mazda MX-5 Miata is also good: it is a 2-seater roadster and is a great car all round, Consumer Reports' Top Pick for fun to drive cars.

    Good Luck!

First of all, you want something cheap in case of beginner's luck. Looking at your list, mazda is made from Ford, it's not exactly good, sure it looks nice, but it's crap on the inside. Jetta, you need a good mechanic, and money for parts. Mitsubishi, is the cheapest Japanese car of all, the transmission always breaks. I like the subaru because it's 4x4, because the winter is now coming, better mileage.

  • i think u should get the Lancer Evo.......it looks comfortable and fast
