Hi. There is always a reason for excessive hair loss. I've been through it twice, and trust me, if your hair is falling out to the point where you are finding it all over the house, there is a problem. You need to go see a dermatologist. That's what they specialize in ( don't waste time with an MD ). One of my hair losses was a hormone imbalance, and the other one was a illness ( but i still felt fine, and didn't even realize i was sick ). You may think you are healthy ( so did i ), but sometimes hair loss can be an early warning. It can also be a vitamin deficiency. Please go get checked, Good Luck :-)

Food rich in vitamin A, B, C, E, K, magnesium and zinc are important for healthy hair and also prevents hair loss. Hair is made up mostly of protein so a protein rich food is also recommended. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.

You need to take a sample of your hair and have it analized. They probably are rinses and conditioners etc. that can stop the shedding or lessen it. Call around to the salons to find out where to take it. 8~)

Shave your head, then there won't be any hair TO fall off. PROBLEM SOLVED.

Are you getting chemo? Totally kidding...

Maybe you are sick. I'd definetly see a doctor!

I think you should see your GP.
