Experts only. Pear shape problems.

So, I'm doing all the lower half exercises I can to shape up my but, thighs, and abs. And it working but in addition I am ALSO, I'm loosing "the girls" my breast. I'm down a fregging 38. I don't want small chest like these little girls out here. I like my "d"s. WTF. What can I do to tell my body to take the weight from by juicy lower half and not from the girls!

    there's nothing you can do about that. your genetics determines where fat is lost from and at what rate.

    not possible. sorry. if you losing body fat it comes off from all over your body. Women usually notice it in their breasts and face first and hips and thighs lastly.

    I dont know what you mean by being down to a 38. The number is the band size. The size of your breasts (which are composed of fatty tissue) is designated by the cup. So to lose down to a 38 is good! Means youre losing fat from your ribs and back area. 38 is really big anyway....It WOULD be good to decrease from that area!

    Measure around your rib cage, has that gotten smaller too? If so, you will still have your breasts. Otherwise, if you are just trying to tone your body, try pilates, as that will allow you to target certain parts of your body.
