In what ways do you feel blessed?
I am recovering from heart surgery and spent a few days feeling very depressed and old. My sister urged me to start thinking of the ways that life has blessed me and you know what? I started feeling better!I have a home, a car, a good job and plenty of people who love me. Even though I don't have much money, I still feel very fortunate. No one travels any road alone, although we sometimes think we're the only ones going through it. Let me know how you feel blessed!

I am glad that you had medical care for your heart surgery. Many are uninsured, but it's good that you had coverage.
