Ive read that Matt is okay with Lita now. Matt an Edge have forgiven each other but there is still a quite bit of heat between the two and Matt still seems a bit off with Edge.
But judging by this Video i still think Matt still has a thing against Edge..

WWE has never addressed that in a storyline. Whether Matt has forgiven Edge in real life, I don't know. They were close friends prior to the affair.

Matt forgave Lita but there is still tension between him and Edge

I don't think so if you watch the dvd, Matt still does not seem to be very fond of Edge. I am sure they get along but I doubt they are close by any means...

It was a storyline. It is gone and out. They probably have forgiven each other but they still have major heat between the two.

It was all a story line. Every time you saw them fight, them two and lita went out for beers afterwards.
