Yeah, I was thinking that last night when I stayed up until the wee hours of the morning to watch him...on Sunday night, during that relay event, I was secretly hoping that his speedo would "accidentally fall off" because it was dangerously close to the danger zone, LOL ;-)

Oh yeah that thing he does with his arms to warm up before swimming is amazing!!!

He is very amazing and I believe he is accomplishing his goal in making swimming popular for people to watch. He almost seems super human, I love watching him compete and I'm going to miss when his competitions are over.

Can I say that he is the most awesome, talented, and atheletic person ever!!!! but anyway something interesting to know about him, he eats about 8,000 to 10,000 calories a day!!! (for real annnnd he has that body and finese!?!!) but apparently he spends at least 5 hours in the pool a day..so i guess that balances out because i think you can burn up to a couple of hundred calories in the pool in just an hour...

Michael Phelps has me DVRing swimming every night so I can watch it when I get home!
