Wednesday night at work I couldn't walk straight, and I fell.. I thought maybe it would be better by now, but I still cannot walk straight at all on my left leg. From my calf down I cannot feel a thing. I walk like I cant bend my knees. But I can wiggle my toes and everything I just can't bend my foot normally. Could this be a blood clot in my leg or do you think I just pulled something? Do you think it's worth a trip to the ER or wait till monday?! Thanks for the help!

I have been exercising such as walking everyday, and I have been doing hip hops abs for 30 minutes, and going on the bike for 30 minutes. Sometimes I do all 3 in a day, but I exercise for over an hour every day. I have also been eating between 1,200-1,400 calories a day. I want to lose 3 pounds a week. With what I am doing can I achieve this? Or do I need to eat less? Thanks for the help! :)

I keep hearing it on the radio at work, and it's not on itunes top 100 country songs.. Sorry I do not know very many words, but it's a slower country song, and he sings I still love you.. So I'm not very good with computers and stuff but I have to move all my music from my moms computer to my computer and then put my music on my iphone. But how do you move itunes music from my moms computer to the new itunes on my computer? Is there anyway I can do this? Please help! My brother isn't home or else he would be helping me. It's played at football games, I have searched youtube, and itunes everywhere. In the song it sounds like a clock spinning and then it goes " i i i". They play it at our school football games and at Illinois State University games. But there's not alot of lyrics in it! what is the name of the song?!?!

Ok, I just want to workout and loose a lil more weight and get my body thinner. So here is my excersise plan

power walk for 1 hour in the morning before school

and I'll be at school during the day

after school I have swimteam practice for 2 hours

then after practice I run 5 miles

Does this sound like enough excersise everyday?! Do I need to do more? ♥

I just left this past Sunday and I haven't seen him for like 2 days. I am so depressed, and I just cry thinking about him. I won't be able to see him until December and I just won't last that long. What can I do? Should I talk to him? I'm afraid he won't understand. I miss him dearly and want to see him so much! ♥
