Is this enough excersise for my day?! Please help! ?

Ok, I just want to workout and loose a lil more weight and get my body thinner. So here is my excersise plan

power walk for 1 hour in the morning before school

and I'll be at school during the day

after school I have swimteam practice for 2 hours

then after practice I run 5 miles

Does this sound like enough excersise everyday?! Do I need to do more? ♥

    You are wasting your time power walking. All those lazy people want it to work cause its easy, but it is useless. Swimming is a great way to lose calories. Running 5 miles would be great, but make sure to eat a lot before. You will get in great shape with this schedule.

    yes thats enough...i stay in shape and all i do is play soccer after school for 3 hours
