Will I continue to lose weight?
I have been exercising such as walking everyday, and I have been doing hip hops abs for 30 minutes, and going on the bike for 30 minutes. Sometimes I do all 3 in a day, but I exercise for over an hour every day. I have also been eating between 1,200-1,400 calories a day. I want to lose 3 pounds a week. With what I am doing can I achieve this? Or do I need to eat less? Thanks for the help! :)

maybe u should try eating less calories than u burn during ur workouts. that's what i do, and it works perfectly :). i eat less than 800 calories a day, and burn about 900 calories with my workouts. i've lost 15 pounds in three weeks :). i'm 5'4" and down to 112lbs from 127lbs :). good luck :).

I know someone like this, if you cannot lose more than three pounds a week, then you are probably experiencing a mental illness where you are really losing 3 pounds per week, you just don't know because you're brain is messed up and have convinced you that you are fat when you're actually skinny and eventually you'll only weigh about 90 pounds

Weight loss can be hard. But you need support.
I have gone to over eaters anymous for 3 years and have found the people to be
very supportive.
Also, I had my doctor design a food plan for me and I have lost over 60 pounds.

i think it's definitely possible to lose 3 pounds a week with this plan, but the less weight you need/ want to lose the harder and slower it will come off. good luck!
