ISO files are files that the burner program reads & burns the contents to a CD/DVD. It will not be bootable.
The extracted files can be dumped on a CD/DVD & that might be a bootable disc.

attempt bioting from a yet another bootable CD and see it relatively works nicely and sturdy or rewrite returned the CD and see regardless of if a similar project occures then what you do is substitute the CD ROM because of the fact various the previous CD Rom dosent help the ISO boot image Cd's.
