a rash from jogging??? HELP!!!!?
i jog and i just started to get these this rash-like thing on my knees and on my legs. they kinda look like tiny white-heads, and they itch until i pop them. the pharmacists said it could be from sweating - does anybody else know what i'm talking about or what to do????

Yes, sound like they are from sweating. Shower right after activity to make them go away

It could be from your clothes rubbing too much on your skin. Try wearing spandex or clothes specifically designed for running next time you go out to jog.

are you running in kind of grassy/plant-covered areas? your legs could be having an allergic reaction to the plants.
My legs tend to itch after i run, and the aforementioned plants are why. i usually don't have white bumps, though. if it persists, i'd see your doctor.

Yeah this happens to my bf.It's from sweating and friction.Try shaving then using bodyglide or vaseline.

it could be a heat rash or from sweating. idk what you can do about it but if it itchs then try putting some hydrocortisone cream on it
