celexa question day 10?
So it's day 10 on celexa (20mg). The first week I had a lot of odd side effects (almost felt trippy or high, but not in a good way, just "spacey" i guess is a better word). Now I don't feel any different at all, can't even tell I'm taking them...
Is that normal? How much longer till I toss it and ask to try something else?
taking it for anxiety mostly tho i'd certainly say i have a depressive personality too

H there - sorry to hear how confused and disorientated you're feeling .... not having taken your medication I can't say how you should and shouldn't feel .... however I would advise that when taking any medication over any period of time you should check in with your doctor or medication practitioner - whoever it was that prescribed the medication - to keep them up to date on how the medication is affecting you .... it may well be that 10 days is long enough, it may be you actually need 10 weeks to feel the benefits .... only they can monitor and advise you ......Also all your concerns and fears should be voiced .... these too could be side-effects of the medication, or they may not, certainly your medical adviser will be getting and get a good picture of how you're managing, coping and handling the medication and your regular updated information will keep them informed and notified of any benefits, changes or negative responses and will then give them ample opportunity to modify the dosages and monitor progress .... remember - both you and they want you to get better/improve from the state you're in now .... only regular comunication can help this and work in your favour ..... if however you don't feel comfortable or confident in your medical practitioner then ask for a second opinion or referral to someone you do or feel you could trust in. Whatever the case, ultimately you are responsible for your life - don't sit back and let others run it for you - if something's wrong then say so, if something's right then tell them that too - then you will both know when you are on the right, beneficial, track for you.
Best wishes.

If your pulse is 60-eighty at leisure that is natural - you'll do this your self. If your blood strain is among one hundred-150mmHg over 60-90mmHg, once more, you are within the natural levels. Are you taking Celexa for anxiousness...? I could simply bring on rather of slicing and replacing.

You should wait at least a couple of months then you might need to change your dosage. Just talk to you doctor, he or she prescribed it because you need it and you should give it time to work.
