if you got the hair dye on your face/forehead, one of the best things ever is a hair dye remover. its a little towelette that you just use on your skin. I've been dying my hair for about 6 years now, and have had hair dye all over my face before. you can get the towelettes at a store like walgreens or you can try a rite-aid or wal mart.

Well next time put some vaseline on your hairline to prevent it but any time this does happen to me it usually comes off with soap and hot water. Good luck (:
ignore the comment above that siad nail-varnish remover..
trust me its a bad idea, i've tried it lol

when you wash your hair the shampoo and conditioner should take that off. If that don't work try soap and water. If that doesn't work then try makeup remover such as cold cream
