my hamster is picky! what should i do?
she only picks the sunflower and pumpkin seeds from her food. i feel like i'm wasting so much! i buy her the pellets but she won't eat them. should i bother buying her food anymore? she likes when i give her other nuts and vegetables should i just give her that?

I know what you mean!!!! I just bought like a pound of food for the thing and it only like the sunflower seeds!!!!!!!!! no, don't just give her nuts and veggies, too many veggies can cause diarrhea and that causes dehydration. maybe if the sunflower seeds are removed, she'll eat the pellets and other seeds!!! brb, ive got food to separate!!!

That's what mine do. But even if it dosen't seem like he's not eating his other food, he is. Like someone else said, he just eats his favorites first!

mine does that to !!but then when i go to clean it i find all her food in her nest so she must be eating just not in front of you

Hee-hee! Mine do that too!!! They WILL eat them. They just pick out their favourites first!
