you did not mention is this a basic salary or full package, your expensis will be something like this:

1- Rent: ~1500 SR/Month.

2- Daily living: 1000-1500 SR/month.

3- transportation: it's better to get a car when u come since the taxi here is expensive, if u r married you should have budget for schools, and daily living expensis will be doubled, you can bring your family since the package is good enough to do that.

i dont know much about the salary but as far as expenses are concerned, you can easily live in riyadh. there are 3 main expenses for a family, which are rent, schooling and household. since you have not mentioned as to how many people shall be living with u, i cant tell u the exact expenses. But you can calculate it for yourself as per following details:

Rent for a 2 B/R apartment (outside a compound) : SR 3,000/- per month. if in a compound, it could be around SR 8,000/- per month).

Household expenses for a family of 4 : SR 4,000/- per month.

Schooling for 1 child : SR 1,500-3,500/- pr month (pakistani school would be cheaper).

Other expenses : SR 1,500-2,000/- per month including car expenses.

Total : Minimum SR 12,000/- for a family of 4 including 2 children.

if you are alone, then you can save a good amount on such a salary, of course, considering you are not a show off type or live luxury style.

......thats a good offer for your position.....your work doesn't entail too much work and you're lucky to have that offer.....usually, foreigners for that position only receives SR5,000 per month basic salary.....

15000 a year or a month?...

if its your monthly salary, its excellent for a bachelor...
