Do you like the new format on YA? Why can't they leave it alone?

I think it stinks! We just get used to one thing and they change it!! I wonder what their trying to achieve?

Update:

Kemback, what exactly is the "times" and how long do we keep up with them, like one answerer said " we'll end up right where it started"!! Just wondering!

Update 2:

peanut, you are right especially about the grocery store!!! Just when you think you can whip in and out after something.... you've discovered it's been moved!!

Update 3:

Hi I thought it was just me and this computer ha ha I don't see to well as it is. Plus I always heard don't fix it if its not broken, The spell check needs its own spell check button ha ha It take all the words and scrambles them together, and adds a few of its own,.Sometimes I don't even answer. I figure it will already have best answer by the time I submit it ha ha, And now I see Hmm it looks like you have a lot of punctuations

This is exactly why I leave my glasses in one spot as well as many other items I might need to find. Hate to say it but I've noticed that i don't like things changed very much the older I get. Familiarity is good. ( I forget where I put stuff enough as it is without changing things around )

Kinda the same way with a "comfortable" web site.

Well, at first I didn't like it but after giving it a chance, I am getting use to it and probably in the future won't wont to go back to the old way. I don't believe they would have changed it if they didn't think it would improve writing. Lets give it a chance.

I have only been on Yahoo for a couple months. In fact I only just bought a computer, I'm having lots of fun. So what are these changes, nothing too drastic I hope.

I don't know what the old format was like. I think YA should also award feedback points and create a YA-21+ because too much nonsense is present.

Things change and evole as time goes by....while you may not like the improvements, others may as may the web designers and corporate people at Yahoo. I am sure they are just trying to keep up with the times and be up to date

As a web developer, we're taught to change sites to keep up with the times and because users feel as though a site is being neglected if it isn't changed.

I'm not too keen on change myself, especially the older we get, but I have a feeling that the way I feel about that is looked at as, just too bad. Change is inevitable. "The only thing that remains the same is change," as the saying goes. :)

Yes and no, I just get to a point where I know(almost)what I am doing, then wham, whatsa goin on in here. Mail really gets on my nerves. They really messed that up for me. I have hard enough time remembering what day it is.

Just as we get used to something, it changes, and has been the story of long life..I guess they are just trying to enhance it, and make it better. But as with any invention, it ends up "modified" to death, and comes full circle back to it's origin...
