how can u prevent hair loss?

Lately ive noticed that im losing alot of hair in the front area of my head, i dunno if its strees realted, the sahmpoo i use or its just in the environment im in. I had this problem a awhile back but it was because i was really stressed and dat coused some of my hair to fall off, after everything was back to normal my hair grew back the waay it was. But lately the same thing is happening, my hair falluing of and thinning. I changed shampooos thinking it was that, i dont wash my hair with hot water, and i dont blow dry it or pullit alot.

I dont know if there are some vitamins that i can take to help my hair grow faster or something. I did hear about a shampoo that promotes healthy hair grow but i forgot the name. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me out. Thanks

I would definitely call your regular hair stylist and talk to he/she about it since they know your hair better then anyone else on here. If you dont have a regular stylist then it could be a number of things! And i'm thinking since you have had it happen in the passed it more than likely is caused from stress. If you are going through something you normally dont, or have had alot of fights or arguements with someone..or if you are overloaded with work...(i could go on and on and on a/b HOW it could be stress related! Other than blowdrying, straightening and using ALOT of product on your hair...something else it could be is Brushing your hair while it's still wet. Alot of people DONT know that when your hair is wet, it is the most vulnerable, meaning it is MORE likely to fall out and break off. So let your hair dry on it's on and when it is done drying, I would reccommend putting some "Silk Therapy" from "BIOSILK". You put a dime size amount in your hand and work it from your tips of your hair into your roots, it will help with the tangles and it gives your hair protien and nutrients it needs to be healthy (it also leaves it feeling like you should be in a Pantene commercial!) Hope I have helped and dont be too stressed out no matter what it is! (GOD WOULDN'T PUT YOU THROUGH IT IF HE THOUGHT YOU COULD NOT HANDLE IT!)

    Hello,

There are many factors that can attribute to hair recession or massive hair fall and you need to find out which one exactly is responsible for the problem you are having now. Of course male pattern baldness is still the most common cause, but, for instance, if you are a woman things are deinitely different! This is the reason why you will need to really dig down and see the source of your problem.

Other causes of hair loss may include (both in men and women): severe mental or emotional stress, excessive use of coloring or bleaching agents, traction alopecia or excessive strain on the scalp due to braiding or corn rowing, hormonal changes, alopecia areata or hair loss due to autoimmune diseases, and many more. Each of these conditions will require a different approach in order to achieve success regardless of whether you're going to be using conventional or natural methods.

In my opinion it's much better to use natural methods as opposed to conventional ones, they're cheaper, have less to no side effects, and often more effective.

A good way of regaining your full head of healthy natural hair is well described on this guide: http://hairagain.toptips.org/

    Cheers ;)
