Are there any good Canadian webhosting companies, where I can design from template before I choose to buy?

I already have registered my .ca name, but it seems the Canadian friendly pages are difficult to navigate through or they want me to register and pay before I even see what I am paying for. Webstart.com is great, and great customer service - but just wanted to eliminate all my options for good Canadian companies first. Thanks! ( I know nothing about making my own web pages etc!)
