Has anyone had bad experience with Shell Triton fuel card getting incorrectly charged?

We had a pre-paid gas card and there are bogus charges on it -which shouldn't even occur because it's not a charge card. They delayed in sending us a dispute form and now won't accept our dispute form. And the guy says on the phone 'this isn't the first time this has happened'. But they refuse to investigate or listen to us. Anyone else have the same experience?

I already have registered my .ca name, but it seems the Canadian friendly pages are difficult to navigate through or they want me to register and pay before I even see what I am paying for. Webstart.com is great, and great customer service - but just wanted to eliminate all my options for good Canadian companies first. Thanks! ( I know nothing about making my own web pages etc!)

Well, I have a signed mortgage, but it does not contain the terms that the mortgage company has put in place. I signed for a certain interest rate but they decided I signed too late with the lawyer and just changed it without having me sign a new contract. Yes, I have approached my lawyer. I am sure I can get my interest rate reverted, but any bigger picture I am missing? Is the one I signed void because they breached? Do I even have a legal contract in place? Perhaps I now owe them NOTHING!! haha. Hmmm, possible??

Are there no capital gains if I own only one property and am living in it? If I buy, fix up and sell, making $40,000 or less each time - about once a year. I live in Alberta.

I WAS asking about what car dealers to avoid and someone answered that it was best to post my experience on such and such website. But Yahoo Nazi's have since deleted my questioned for some unknown reason, and so I can't go back to his answer.

I have only had the 85 Intruder since Feb. Put 4500km on it. It is a little small for my long legs. Getting a nice newer 04 V Star. But.............what if I ride the Yamaha and still miss the Suzuki?

I sent my boyfriend a YA question. Because it asked what three things I would take on a deserted island. So I answered " a big boat, Todd and a guitar" Todd being my boyfriend who plays guitar.

Something came up in conversation and I asked 'Hey,did you get that one question I sent you about the deserted island?'

AND HE SAYS!!: 'Oh, I just delete those question emails you send me. I didn't open it."

OMG, how rude is that! That hurt my feelings.

Whenever I try to open games or links, like for example in kids page My Little Pony, it opens blank but says it is done. The desription of the page is Java pop up etc. Sometimes also when I click a page link and the page is blank and at the top it says 'This object has been blocked' I have shut off my Zone Alarm.

I tried to update Javascript and it says it cannot connect to internet and to check my Internet Options 'Connections'. I have a DSL so there are no settings there.

Any ideas? There are lots of games the boys play on Gamesloth etc, but everything my little girl tries to play will not work on my computer.

750 cc I think I am overheating because the fan isn't coming on. No fuse listed in my fuse box on side panel. Switch/electrical? It spins freely by hand. Internet doesn't tell me much. My manual is at home, I am not. (have to search uner 87 Intruder for parts info etc)

It was boiling and spit out a bit of rad fluid from the overflow when I stopped. Fluid was right full when I left. No idiot light came on.
