Has anyone had bad experience with Shell Triton fuel card getting incorrectly charged?
We had a pre-paid gas card and there are bogus charges on it -which shouldn't even occur because it's not a charge card. They delayed in sending us a dispute form and now won't accept our dispute form. And the guy says on the phone 'this isn't the first time this has happened'. But they refuse to investigate or listen to us. Anyone else have the same experience?

no not really i have a triton fuel card and it hasn't charged me incorrectly
