First of all, acknowledge the fact that stamina = cardiovascular strength. Now... there are plenty of good aerobic exercises out there, but they are ALL strenuous. You'll find it to be much easier as you get into it.

Aerobic exercise should not be boring, it should be fun! If you have to do cardio at the gym, then find a good book, listen to the radio or books on tape - find a way to make it interesting and enjoyable.

Better yet, find a sport you love and do it with a spouse or friend and the time will fly by. Walking, jogging, cycling, soccer, volleyball or whatever it takes. If you don't have much time then jog to the gym, walk you kids to school, walk your dog, or start using your bike for transportation.

If you dont belong to a gym, and dont have a thousand dollars for a good stationary cardio machine, buy a jump-rope! Jumping rope is an amazingly intense aerobic workout, in fact, you will probably have to start with just a few minutes and work up to 20-30 minutes a day. Jumping rope is not only an amazing aerobic workout but is great at increasing coordination. Contrary to popular belief, jumping rope is not monotonous if done properly and takes a lot of concentration. One drawback is that you need a room with high ceilings to jump rope or you need to do it outside.

Remember that it is always better to do SOMETHING than not to do anything at all.

1.First, be healthy. Rise early, go to bed early, exercize- yoga, freehands- or playing some outdoor sports or dancing, also do some breathing exercizes, it helps your concentration- give it some time in your routine- say 30 mins to an hour? You can break it up to 15 mins in the morning and 15 mins in the evening. Decrease your intake of colas and junk food(that is not to say you may not have the occasional icecream or chocolate) 2.Make yourself a timetable, giving yourself time to study, sleep, eat, exercize, wash, watch television, read storybooks/magazines, even daydream. Make sure you put in a decent number of hours for studying though, but between each hour of study, take a 5/10 mins break. If you are in school, alternate science subjects with arts subjects. If you are in college, alternate your favourite subjects with the lesser favourites. Or, another method is you do the difficult subjects when your energy is high(in the morning if you are a morning person or evening if you are an evening person) and the easier ones when you are more tired. 3.Understand what you read instead of mugging up. See the 'whys' and the 'hows' of a subject. Some subjects do require mugging up, like dates in history, names of botanical genus and species- so give it a quick first reading without trying to understand anything, then a slower 2nd reading, then an even slower 3rd reading and start marking out things you need to remember, then you can try writing down the whole thing to check how much you remember. Practise writing. 4. Give yourself short-term goals: "By the end of this week I will finish this chapter." Promise yourself small prizes- "If I do well in this exam I'll go and watch that movie", "If I do well in that class-test I'll have a picnic with my friends." Motivate yourself. All the best.

You mean Stamina as in cardiovascular strength? Bike, run, run up stairs... it's all cardio, it's the only way to get better cardio strength.

If you mean like muscular stamina, then you can hold a weight out to the side, or above your head for as long as you can, then try and improve that everyday.

I had this problem, and then my dad told me something to do that I never do, but probably should.

If you have stairs in your house, or a stool about the height of a stair, or something that height that you can stand on, stand in frount of it. I guess you sort of act like you're running up stairs, but then get back down after one..

You sortof run up on it, and then back down, on foot after the other. It's not running, but the motion is like it... I wish I could show you, it's hard to explain in words, sorry. =/
