ITS MEDICAL TAPE BECAUSE SHE HURT HER SHOULDER PRETTY BAD AND TO KEEP IT WORKING RIGHT SHE USES THE TAPE...THE TAPE IS LIKE ADVIL INSTEAD OF FOR A HEADACHE ITS USED FOR THE SHOULDER

She has had shoulder surgery a lot and wears it to help her shoulder. Its kind of like a brace.
