How Good is My Fantasy Baseball Team?

I want you to tell me if I need to improve any positions for my team. If you think I do who should I trade? The trade deadline is Thursday. Here is my team. I need one starter at each position, 3 at outfield, and a utility player. The other players are reserves.

C - Doumit, Bengie Molina

1B - Morneau, Conner Jackson

2B - Kinsler

3B - Chipper, Glaus

SS - Young, Theriot

OF - Markakis, Ramirez, Hunter, Bradley

I also need seven pitchers. Right now I have.

Harden, Ervin Santana, Maine, Broxton, Lilly, Wagner, Wainwright, Jered Weaver.

Update:

mattpao2

I have been using a combination of Glaus and Jackson at utility, depending on which is hot. As for Outfield as I said I got Bradley off Waivers and I'm at the bottom of the waiver order. So I don't think anybody wants him. I'm trying to trade either Hunter or Doumit. Most of the teams in my league, that are still playing, are very good at Outfield. I'm going to try for something though. I've been looking to add a pitcher for a while now.

Update 2:

Someone has Slowley already. At catcher I drafted Posada and he got injured. Luckily I traded him when he first got injured, and got a pitcher in return.

If Wainwright returns at closer and Wagner gets back soon I think I'm good there. Broxton has been quite consistent the past few weeks, I'm hoping that continues.

Update 3:

I need wins to get in the playoffs. If I win my last three games I should be in. If I lose one it will be close, if I lose two I'm probably out. That is why I feel getting more pitching is important right now.

Looks like you're set at offense, stick Glaus in your util spot.

You need a closer or two, check free agents for Chris Perez, Guardado or Wheeler.

You could try to trade Hunter or Bradley, wouldn't hurt you to get another SP (especially if Harden breaks down again)

At this point in the season the key should be where you are in the standings and what categories you need to defend or improve in, to be able to finish close to the top. If it's power hitting you need, you trade for that. If it's better pitching, you try for that. Trading just to improve without reference to where you are points wise is usually not that useful.

All you need are some closers....you should have gotten better catchers....but then again, there aren't that many...your teams good....

Slowey would be a good pick up...
