I too would cook up your steaks with the tomato sauce with garlic and onion with a little salt and pepper if you have it and serve it over white rice or noodles.
You can also take that mixture in put in a tortilla with some cheese or on a Kaiser roll.
Serve with a salad on the side or crusty buttery bread.

sliver the steak up, sliver the onion, saute both in a little butter with the crushed garlic, then simmer it all in tomato sauce and serve over rice or noodles. Add a tossed green goddess salad to this for a lovely dinner.

If you have some cheese, you could pound the steak really thin; season it; lay the cheese on it and roll it up. Secure with toothpicks and simmer in the tomato sauce with onions & garlic (add some oregano, rosemary, salt & pepper)

Braciole
Basically pound the meat, season with S&P - stuff with your onion & garlic. Roll up, close with twine or toothpicks.
Brown in oil -
Remove & place in tom sauce for 1 1/2 hours - Mmmm serve with noodles (well I guess you don't "have to"
