burning calories jogging???? HELP plz??
if i weigh 120 lbs and jog for 3 miles, how many calories do i burn?? and also, i was wondering if i jog the same distance every day, but i'm jogging at a little bit of a faster pace on some days, does it still burn the same number of calores, or does the speed make a difference??? thnxs:)

about 100 calories per mile or 300 calories. You burn more calories per minute at a faster pace but you run fewer minutes per mile so it averages out. Up hills burns more cals. but down hill burns less so that balances out too. This is an average, if you need an exact amount it takes a lot of testing and equipment.

It depends on your metabolism. But no matter what speed you run it will level out to burn the same amount of calories because if you run really fast it will take less time, but it will be the same distance. Either way, it will be the same distance.

The burning of calories depends on each persons body metabolism, speed can increase the burning of fats too coz ur using ur energy and energy is carried by fats lmao (as long as i remember on my nutrition class) xD
