when i woke up spybot told me this in a message
Spybot- search & destroy had detected an important registry entry that has been changed
Category- activeX distribution unit
Change- value deleted
entry {DF780F87-ECT..... BUNCH OF NUMBERS AND
LETTERS
so should i allow it because it wont let me deny it

This happens when someone or "something" deletes a registry, in that case is activeX. ActiveX is something like extended capability for browser, may be for online game, website with animation and so on. So you must remember whether you delete any add-on in web browser

make a system restore first start>programs>accessories>system tools>system restore. then try pressing allow. if something bad happens immediately go to system restore and restore to the time before u allow
