Which is better? TI-83+ or TI-84?
I will use this for college/university math, just wondering which would help me out more.
Is the 84 worth the extra money? or the ones that are newer than the 84?
or is the 83 good enough?

If you are trying to decide between the TI-83 and TI-84, I would go with the TI-83. The 84 does not have any additional function that you would need for college math and the 83 is more user friendly. If you plan on taking higher mathematics in college, then you may want to buy the 86 because the 86 has an equation function that is REALLY useful and saves you some major time. The amazing TI-92 is probably too much calculator for what you will need the calculator for and many colleges even banned the 92 on final exams because of all that it can do. So, if you are going to take basic math and calculus, the 83 plus is the way to go, but if you are taking more advanced math, then I would suggest you spend the additional money now and buy the 86.
