Is a sirloin steak really considered unhealthy?

to me it seems to be pretty low in fat content normally, and i havent really seen it containing to many calories either.

    Red Meat, including sirloin steak, contains high levels of saturated fats and cholesterol. Over time, high red meat and processed meat consumption can lead to risk of heart disease and several types of cancer.

    It depends on the individual, and how the meat is cut.

    I don't care what anyone says, I grew up eating BEEF, and I will Eat BEEF till the end of my days.

    I don't eat Pork, so I don;t have much of a choice. I get sick of Chicken real fast, but do like my fish but even that will get boring after a while.
