  • have a problem. used to be anorexic, now im over that but ive put back on a bit more than half my weight back.?

    and im starting to get a bit out of my safety zone. but i dont want to get to deep into losing weight to where i become addicted again and become anorexic again. is there anyone who can help me?

  • dieting/health question?

    if i was to eat nothing but romaine and/or iceburg lettuce for a couple of days....plus an apple a day. would that be a good way to lose weight fast? ( the lettuce would be plain. almost like eating potato chips...but lettuce instead) and everytime you get hungry just break out some lettuce.

    i think its gotta be long john silvers and its weird because no one would ever know unless they knew their nutrition facts. their frying oil adds LOADS of trans fat to all their fried foods....one piece of their regular white fish has 4.5 grams of trans fat.

    so much for fish being healthy huh?

  • how does the body deal with unhealthy amounts of sugar intake? or food intake in general?

    like for instance lets say a hot dog eating contest competitor who eats 50 hot dogs...what does the body do with all those hot dogs....

    do they not eat for the next couple of days? because somtimes ill overeat and still be full the next day. but when people eat like that im just wondering how it all works like does the body eventually not even break down the nutrients in the food and just let it pass trough or what?.

  • How should i eat today? yesterday i ate to much and need to know how i should eat today to make up for it?

    yesterday i basically ate 3/4 of a pineapple upside down cake all by myself. then i got into some peanut butter and jelly and ate it by the spoonfulls. ate to lemon creme filled cookies. and two pieces of pizza.

    that was all before i went to bed.

    thats not even all i had the whole day because earlier that day for supper i had a hot dog just 1. and some chili. and then before that i had a banana.

    the reason i ate all that stuff before i went to bed was because i got really depressed and upset. and i couldnt stop eating so i kept on till i could barely move. then went and layed down.

    so far for today i havent eaten nothing. i worked out for about an hour and a half. i got up at 9:45 AM. and its now 1:45 PM.

    im not actually even hungry. should i eat somthing anyways?

    because when i say "eating sweets" i mean i eat until i can barely walk. like last night i had a really bad breakdown and i got really upset...and i ate basically 3/4 of a pineapple upside down cake. then i didnt stop there i went and got some peanut butter and jelly, i ate that from the jars by the spoonfull. then i even ate a piece of pizza after that. oh and i also had two of these little lemon shortbread cookies.

    now tell me thats not unhealthy to say the least.

    idk what happens to me but its like somthing just clicks in my head telling me to eat until im oversatisfied.

    i need to find a way to stop it....but idk how.

    please help me. someone.

  • i work out ALOT, and i was wondering if...?

    it would balance out extreme intakes of sugar. because like i splurge alot whenever theres sweets cause i dont get alot of them normally. so like tonight i had peach cobbler and started eating it and couldnt stop....so i had a good four or five spoonfulls. along with a godd amount of peanut butter melted on it.

    then last night i had 3 pieces of pineapple upside down cake.

    i eat like that, but work out for an hour when i wake up every morning, and about 30 minutes when i get home from school, and then about every other day ill work out for another hour before i go to bed.

  • okay i need serious help, i ate so much last night because i was really depressed...help?

    i have never eaten so much in my life before.

    first i ate chili for supper at like 7:00 pm. then just because i needed something to do made a whole thing of kroger brand chocolate chip cookies. made about 11 cookies from it . my mom ate two....i ate the rest....but i didnt stop there, then i saw these litttle cookies with this lemon filling in them. and i ate five of them. then i ate a rice krispie bar. then got into the leftover chili and ate a couple bites of that.....then i got into the peanut butter and the strawberry jam later that night too....i couldnt stop....

    i woke up and i was still full....thats how much i ate. ive been working out all morning, but i feel like im going to be sick because mostly everything i ate was loaded with sugar and fat.

    im underweight (age 17, weight 114, height 5'11) and the doctor told me i should be gaining weight but thats def not the way to do it.

    im also wondering if that much sugar and fat could cause me to get sick or somthing today.

    but what should i do today or for the future to help fix this.

    im afraid to eat anything now...and im still full 3 hours after wakeing up today because of how much i ate last night.....i wouldve normally eaten breakfast, but again im scared to do anything at the moment.

    i am normally a health freak and never even snack but it was my dads birthday, so i tried a piece, then couldnt stop eating by the time i was done a had a bit more than three pieces of cake total....i never eat like that. what should i do? should i eat normally tommorow or even the rest of the week.? im freaking out cause i dont think ive ever eaten so much of somthing so bad for me in my life.

    then try to say their trying to improve the health of their students by taking out soda pop machines and snack machines.

    i mean our everyday lunch is basically a breaded chicken patty, thats been cooked in a frier,on a bun. with french fries, and then some vege or healthy side item, like baked beans green beans peas etc. or you can also choose a hamburger instead of chicken patty, but thats just as bad. and the hamburgers taste like the most horrid thing youve ever eaten.

    then papa johns pizza on fridays...

    wtf man.

    thats the everyday lunches, they do have one line that always has somthing different like chicken tenders for tommorow i think...but again breaded and fried....anyone see what im saying?

    Whats your favorite cut (Sirloin, Ribeye etc)

    How do you like it cooked?, (rare, medium rare, medium, medium-well, well, or well-done)

    What do you like on it?

    and what do you like with it, like sides, for example baked potato or broccoli etc.

    personally i like a nice top sirloin, depending on my mood i might throw some butter on it, with some shredded cheese. or ill eat it with ketchup, or sometimes A1 steaksauce.

    i like mine cooked about medium, nice and juicy but not still mooing at me. and my 2 fav sides would have to be either mashed or baked potatoes, and some kindave vegetable medley, like steamed broccoli and carrots, or just broccoli is good too. :) now thats my perfect steak meal, whats yours?
