I am a former chef from Canada and it mainly fish that has the Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids, some foods (Veg & Meat), oil seeds like flax/sunflower/canola have high(er) amounts, for seafood, mollusks and shellfish, it is more iodine, proteins and trace minerals.

The fatty acids are formed in fish as they have a more complex system, blood and other factors, other marine product do not have the same systems or blood coursing through there systems.
