dieting/health question?

if i was to eat nothing but romaine and/or iceburg lettuce for a couple of days....plus an apple a day. would that be a good way to lose weight fast? ( the lettuce would be plain. almost like eating potato chips...but lettuce instead) and everytime you get hungry just break out some lettuce.

    By just eating lettuce, your body is not going to get enough nutrients. You're going to gain the weight back one you start eating something less besides lettuce and an apple. Also, the iceberg lettuce isn't overly that healthy, you're better off with the romaine.

    yeah, just do it for the rest of your life cause as soon as you start eating normally again it'll all come back slowly

    Yes, probably. Only problem with your plan, you will gain it back 2x as fast as you lost it.
