Congratulations on you're recovery! I'm not recovered, but I've regained a lot of weight due to recovery also, and I think what helps me is to know at what weight I'm healthiest and work toward achieving that weight through healthy means. i think exercising moderately might also help you because it might help to bring you back into a helathy and comfortable range but it would prevent you from having to diet (and without dieting, you wouldn't have to worry about relapsing). there are also lots of support groups for people with or recovering from eating disorders and the people there might have some really helpful tips for you. concentrate on eating healthy and if you feel like you're heading back to your old ways, talk to your doctor or nutritionist.

good luck, and i hope this advice helped.

it depends on how big you are. if you are majorly over weight try to lose some. if want to lose only a couple of pounds

and then stay that way, try this:

eat healthier. junk food only once in a while. fruit is always good. try some weight watchers recipes. they are fantastic!

exercise daily and you will be healthy. not too skinny and not too fat.

    hope i helped! BYE!
