How do you like your steak??
Whats your favorite cut (Sirloin, Ribeye etc)
How do you like it cooked?, (rare, medium rare, medium, medium-well, well, or well-done)
What do you like on it?
and what do you like with it, like sides, for example baked potato or broccoli etc.
personally i like a nice top sirloin, depending on my mood i might throw some butter on it, with some shredded cheese. or ill eat it with ketchup, or sometimes A1 steaksauce.
i like mine cooked about medium, nice and juicy but not still mooing at me. and my 2 fav sides would have to be either mashed or baked potatoes, and some kindave vegetable medley, like steamed broccoli and carrots, or just broccoli is good too. :) now thats my perfect steak meal, whats yours?

A marinated New York strip cooked on a charcoal grill until its pink inside
Served with sauteed mushrooms, baked potatoe, a wonderful salad and a nice chardonnay. Delicious

Most definitely a top sirloin cooked medium rare. At a fancy restaurant, it just needs a little bit of salt. Perfectly cooked, aged meats usually don't need anything else on it. At a regular restaurant or at home, I'll usually put some kind of steak seasoning on it. I also really like A1 sauce. If I'm not at a fancy restaurant, I'll usually order it cooked medium.
As for sides, any kind of potato (baked, mashed, au gratin, etc). I'm not a veggie fan, but I really like spinach, especially creamed spinach. Cord is good, too, however, I know it's a starch.
For a cheap steak meal, I love chicken fried steak with milk gravy, mashed potatoes, and corn.

Ribeye, med rare with grilled asparagus and either baked potato or mashed potatoes. Cheese grits also work well as a starch. Cooking a steak beyond medium just ruins a good piece of meat. . .

I would say a top sirloin medium well with mash potatoes, some vegetables and a nice sauce

I like new york strip or sirloin cooked medium. For the sides I like mash potatoes with white gravy and green beans seasoned well. I sometimes like my steak smothered in sauteed mushrooms.

I prefer a juicy rib-eye or NY strip cooked between medium and medium rare with homemade mashed potatoes with salt and butter. Also green beans with olive oil and garlic pepper-salt.

I like well-done rib-eye steak from the grill(charcoal grill). For sides, I like baked potato, and broccoli/with melted cheese, or a garden salad with thousand island dressing. Oh, and to top it off, some cheesecake for dessert. You're making me hungry!!!!
