Messenger stopped working and Vista dosn't know why. Do you?
Installation went ok. Worked fine for a week then developed a shadow next to the picture frame on the right side obliterating everything behind it. Now it won't even load without the message box saying Messenger quit working and windows will search for a reason. Installeded, re-downloaded..reinstalled and get the same results.

Go to Add/Remove programs, DUMP the yahoo messenger you have, and go to this website,,,,, http://www.oldversion.com/program.php?n=... and install the 7.0 (my suggestion, one of which I HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH).
BE SAFE

Ps. If you are running WinVista and a Beta version of Messenger, you are running TWO programs that are fairly new (even the 8.0 is fairly new), with bugs still being worked out on both, NOT A GOOD SUGGESTION, thats why I suggest the 7.0, all bugs are worked out already.
