PLEASE HELP! Laptop computer/ wi fi issue???
We bought a Linksys wi-fi thing and on every computer in the house it connects to wifi, but my laptop doesn't. My laptop says that it is connected to the internet, but when you choose internet it says it cannot display the webpage. I think this is because my father has been screwing with my laptop to get the lan port to work, and he turned off the wireless something in the process because he said it was interfering but I don't know what he turned off.
HELP! What should I do?

DO NOT format or do anything like that.
what he turned off is Wirless Zero Configuration which allows windows to fully manage and configure your wireless card according to the routers setting....
make sure also that he did not mess with IP setting in internet explorer or other settings.

Is there a button on the laptop to enable wi-fi? If that doesn't help, call the internet providor or the company that made the laptop for some tech-support.

There could be many things which could effect the wi-fi connection with your laptop. I'd simply suggest reformating your hard disk (remember to take all important documents) Or check out tech guy forums.
