I believe I do. I pray that my heart shows this.

Yes! Infact many times when I am praying I forget to say this even though I am thinking it....and I will say "According to your will God!" Because of course I want the Lord's will- even though we tend to get a little frantic over what that might be, as we all tend to think we cannot handle some things....God knows how much we can handle and his will is always best! It is amazing to see later in life after praying about something, how the Lord worked in that situation. How it all turned out for the better. I want the Lord's will over my will anyday! And what is also amazing is how the Lord can actually turn our desire into what He desires for us!

Are you asking if I mean it when I say it or if it's meant to be taken literal as a whole in religion? As far as my opinion, I think it varies. I'd like to say I always feel that it's up to the higher power, but sometimes I'd like to believe it's my own will and maybe the truth is it's a little bit of both or a sort of cause and effect.

When I am really searching for an answer, I've found that I don't get one till I'm in this exact mindframe.

I guess God is waiting for me to listen before He speaks.

I've got my own agenda and it's hard enough to accomplish without subjugating it to the teachings of an imaginary sky daddy.

Absolutely. I'm not in charge of my life, nor do I pretend to be. Even if I try, the outcome is uncertain. I choose to be led by God. That way, I'm in His will.

yes, I tried things my way before. It was a mess. Life is a lot easier for me doing things God's way.

Yea, thats the point. Why say things you dont mean? Especially to GOD! Cuz if you're lying, he knows.
