Is it a plane,is it a frog,no it's a Byrd. What do you think of Byrd?

Is he a good addition to the Red Sox pitching staff and who or what will the Indians get for him?

He's a command pitcher, has a decent and effective pitching and knows how to pitch in a game, with or without runners on base.

So to answer your question, yes, he's a good addition for the Red Sox.

    Hope that helps

The Indians won't be getting much....I think they should have at least gotten a prospect for him. Good deal for the Sox.

Yeah I like Byrd. I was surprised they got him in the first place.

  • This guy's career has gone downhill since leaving LA. He can't strike guys out as high as it should be, and the ERA is a bit too high?

It's a good deal. We didn't give up alot and we get an upgrade over Zink and Buckholtz. Good deal. If he bombs all we lose is cash and a player to be named.

I'm very surprised Boston got him. They must have been desperate for pitching, because he's not a very good pitcher.
