Can they sweep the Yankees at Fenway and take control of the AL east now that their offense has got going?

As an Aldershot Town fan I know how difficult it is for lower league clubs to stay solvent. There are undoubtedly a number of clubs that could go under especially in the current economic climate. I think there is every danger that one of the lower leagues could find itself with half a dozen clubs or more with points deductions for going into administration.

Isn't/hasn't drug taking been pretty widespread in MLB? Why wouldn't A-Rod have been tempted? People are always going to ask questions about sportsmen/women who have such phenomenal records of achievement in their sport. This taints his home run hitting record doesn't it?

I decided to buy my 7 year old nephew a Tottenham shirt for Christmas but the new home shirt has the words " casino & poker" on it. I don't think that it is appropriate for young children to be wearing a shirt that mentions gambling. What do you think? By the way, does anyone know what the Chinese symbols on the Tottenham away shirt mean?

At a press conference moments ago Nancy Pelosi stated that this was a bipartisan vote. 60% of the Democrats voted in favour, 67% of Republicans against. Bipartisan? Are the Republicans fiddling while the Dow Jones burns (Down more than 700 pts a few minutes ago as a result of the bill being thrown out) and destroying Mr. McCain's candidature at the same time. Maybe they should put the country and indeed the global economy before their own jobs.

Yes, I know it happens at all levels but what is so frustrating is that the refs are taken in by it time after time. If I and thousands of fans know it's a dive why doesn't the referee? A few years ago referees were give a directive to book players for "simulation" when are they going to start doing it?

Do you think he even knows who Jeter is?

All of them look similar and they come in regular batches. They also look personal because each has the senders name on it. They are all going to my spam box. I tried to unsubscribe to one but It didn't work. Is it best just to delete them?
