Kohls and Penney's always have good sales. Penney's usually has a better quality. Old Navy isnt bad but they dont have the constant nice sale prices like the other stores do.

Well my avdice would be to look fo a Burke's outlet near you. Thats were i got mine and they've lasted 3 yrs.
