Healthy Way to Loose Weight?

I am a mother of 3 young children, the youngest is 7 months the oldest is 4 1/2. I need to loose about 15-20 Kg's to get into the healthy weight range for my height. Can you please suggest a good diet that may help & maybe one that wont cost the earth to. I do not get a lot of time to spend on exercise unless it involves my children.

All suggestions are appreciated.

    Brown bread instead of white, soy or skim instead of full cream milk, brown rice instead of white. Lo GI and low calorie foods.

    Have proper healthy meals, never have sweet as a meal (pancakes, bagels- eugh!)

    Also, I noticed that my mum put on weight from eating the same snacks as us kids, so don't let your kids overindulge on sweets or you may.

    Would walking 30-60 minutes a day be too hard?
