finger paint hand prints! my wife does it with our kids all the time. they love it because of the texture. but if you don't watch them they have paint every where so I suggest a kind that washable.
Also it makes a great keepsake for you

Build a fort for them, the oldies are always the goodies!
They're a bit young to do it for themselves, but they'll get loads of pleasure out of it. I have to say, when my 2 and a half year old destroys things I've spent time making, I just want to scream "you're not playing it right" and stamp my foot!

In the winter, I bundled up my son, he was about 4 months old, and pulled him around on a little toboggan. maybe you could get a bigger one and have your 2 year old sit behind the baby. strap them both on and take them for a little walk.

Get down on the floor, crawl around pretending you are a lion or tiger and chase them, play hide and seek. My little boy loved that stuff!
