Oxblood in soluble coffee (nescafe)????? (lyophilise)?

Oxblood in soluble coffee????? (lyophilise)?

I have read that there is supposedly oxblood in soluble coffee (nescafe for example) to make it dissolve better. What exactly is lyophilise which is written on the pack!? When I look it up it is defined as - dry (blood, serum, or tissue) by freezing in a high vacuum. Does this mean the rumor is true???

Lyophilize is the same as freeze-dried. You take a solution of something, put it in a container, pull out all the air (vacuum), and freeze it at the same time. You end up with all the water gone, and a dry powder at the end. It has nothing to do with oxblood.
